How much are shipping charges?
We charge shipping on all orders instead of adding the cost to the base cost of the products. From time to time, we have specials with a coupon code for free shipping. Watch for the codes and other specials on the home page. For orders outside the Contiguous U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote. It would be helpful if you could include the size, type, and case quantity that you are interested in purchasing.
What is your Return Policy?
If you have ordered the incorrect filters by mistake, we do accept returns on (unused in new condition) standard stock filters. You will be responsible for return shipping. Once the filters are received, you will receive a credit MINUS the shipping fees that we paid to ship the original order to you. Please contact us before returning any product and we will advise you of the original shipping fees and the amount that you can expect to be credited for the returned filters. If you want to exchange your filters for the correct size, we will be happy to assist you and handle the transaction as simply as possible! Returns are usually processed within 2 business days once received.
Are custom filters returnable?
Custom filters may not be returned. Customs are made exactly as you order. They are made specifically for you. That is why it is VERY important that you are certain of your exact size before you order.
