Polyester Pads

 These Polyester Pads are made of a 1" tackified blue and white media blended with small and medium size fibers. The pad's air exit side features a non-migrating tackifier, making these pads effective choices for typical HVAC dust applications.

Used in the Food Industry, Hospitals, Paint Booths, and Industrial Applications where fiberglass cannot be used. Increases efficiency in general air filtration systems, “V” bank or flat systems, card cleaning systems, and pre-filters for high efficiency and absolute filters.

High bulk, non-woven polyester thermo-bonded with a fire retardant resin forms a high loft blanket of resilient fibers. Highly irregular cross section traps extremely fine particles of contaminants. Withstandsdirect moisture. Temperature range of -40°F to +450°F without deterioration or media failure.
