return most stocked items for a full refund if returned to us within 30 days.
Air filters have an even better 90-day money back guarantee. Items must be
returned in their original condition and packaging. Items which cannot be
returned in "like new" condition can only be returned for exchange. This policy
does not apply to custom size filters. When returning merchandise include
a copy of your invoice and a description of the problem. You are required
to pay return freight. The Air Filter Store is not responsible for returns
lost in shipping. The Air Filter Store will charge a 15% restocking fee on
all merchandise returns.

Shipping and handling charges are either displayed on the product page, or calculated at time of checkout. Freight charges reflect UPS ground shipping to any where in the contiguous United States. Alaska,

Return Policy
To return merchandise, call or e-mail us for a return authorization number.
We cannot accept any return without a return authorization number. Customer
