It is constructed of rolled form steel and is even more durable than our aluminum frame models. And we still offer a lifetime warranty. The Dust Star is rated at .12" w.g.  initial resistance which is one of the best ratings for filters of this type on the market. This is particularly outstanding for a washable 16" x 25" x 1" filter with an 85% arrestance. This combination of low resistance and high arrestance makes the Dust Star compatible with most modern air handling units. Available in 40 standard sizes. Custom sizes are available too.

This permanent air filter is available in 40 standard sizes, listed in the table below. You may also order custom sized filters to your specifications. All standard size filters are undersized 3/8". Custom filters are manufactured to within 1/8" of your specification.
